Our Co-Worker ... Our FRIEND
The West Bloomfield Police Foundation was established in 2001 as a 501 (c) (3) Charity. Since then the foundation has been extremely effective in helping those within the police department, those within our community and those in surrounding communities.
The Foundation has formed lasting/continuing partnerships with local businesses and community leaders who have helped catapult our fundraising efforts.
The foundation is very grateful for everyone's support as we realized in September of 2012 why we exist and why we are needed...
... In September of 2012 the West Bloomfield Police Department suffered a loss with the on-duty death of Sgt. Patrick O'Rourke. Because of donations to the foundation, from folks such as you, we were able to help Pat's family by relieving them of their immediate financial burdens.
